everyone's body is different so not all the diets you see out there is right for every single person. it all depends if your body reacts better when you decrease your carb or sugar intake. what have you tried before? ..and was this successful to you in the past? if so, then why don't you continue that regimen.
since i'm not too sure what kind of diet your body reacts better to i suggest you try eating in smaller amounts but often [atleast 4-5x daily]. stay away from deep fried foods! [try baking them for the crispiness, and it has less oil] and also don't forget to exercise because cutting down on the food isn't going to help lose the weight itself.
hope that helps!

To lose 5 pounds, you need to create a calorie deficit of 17,500 calories. For a two week diet/exercise plan, you need to eat a minimum of 1500 calories per day or your metabolism will slow down and your weight loss may be quick at first, but then you'll end up gaining all of it back plus MORE when you start eating normally again. That's you have people who gained 10 pounds from just Looking at a slice of pizza, so to speak.
In short, create a Daily calorie deficit of 1250 for 14 days and you should lose your 5 pounds.
your calorie deficit with a combination of exercise and food restriction.
My best tip for regulating your hunger is to buy a bottle of herbal Fiber capsules and take the recommended number before each meal with a glass of water. You will eat less, I guarantee it, but make sure you are eating at least 1500 calories per day and doing the exercise to maintain your metabolism.
try www.fitday.com they have food calories and the calories burned for exercise you do. It's a great tool.

healthy balance is the key. my answer is weight watchers.
you got to find your way. it is confusing eat this, eat that; I have tried many fads and all those diets worked for a little while. Then- Ireverted back to bad habits.. Healthy change of lifestyle, is only way to go. and never giive up. If you fall get back up. Look at oprah she is my inspiration. the last 4 years i have been a member of weight watchers. my weight is stable, i have never been healthier, or stronger, if you work out you can look much more slimmer, sleek and beautiful, toned is is attractive, flabby is not at any weight.
i walk every day, work with weights in a gym or at home three times a week. i love who i am and i am happy with my body and love it. I hated my body for years;. a confident ,
secure woman is so much more attractive, I don't vain or conceited but secure. and at peace.
It is wise to take care of your self now. you can develop serious health problems if you dont take care of your self.
One of my best friends is a high paid model. you would not believe what a master of illusion that industry is.
most of them are attractive but they make them appear much more attractive in those pics than theyare.
.It is a lot of fun, torture and a lot of ilusion!
weight watcher is awsome.i eat even a nice juicy cheese burger once in a blue moon, I am not deprived. Because i go nuts when i think i am not supposed to eat something.(then i obsess till i devour what ever it is; i am i not supposed to eat.;
the meetings are awsome. i made many freinds and the support, encouragement is fun. it a little is AA for food alcholics except you always have to et food.
igot disqusted to. I tried everything. I always came back to weigh watchers! Good luck!

i do no longer think of subtle ability something in any respect. the courting of zits to sugar intake is pertaining to to a spike in glucose levels in blood. Orange juice would be merely approximately as undesirable as cain sugar. complicated carbs like pasta do no longer reason glucose levels to spike and as a result could be ok.

I would suggest going vegetarian, alot of my friends are, and it seems like a pretty good deal, eat soups that are vegetable , or vegetarian bugers from burger king, its pretty good, and you can use it as a good statement too, No more greasy foods = no more greasy face, hair etc. I mean I think its better and you will lose alot of weight that way, and be alot healthier

eat healthier, cut down on fats & fried foods, cut down on chips, dips, and cookies. Eat more salads, veggies (without butter and cheese dripping all over them) eat lean meat like chicken and poultry, less steak and hamburger. Control your portion size, eat slower, chew more, drink more water, cut down on full calorie sodas and juices. Exercise more. It's really simple, the hard part is doing it....

Sugar is the killer, going veggie isnt good for you either, carbs are like salt, you need some but too much is bad.
try bran flakes for breakfast, they may taste like soggy cardboard and make you crap a lot but i been told it will help

instead of eating like 2-3 meals a day or something, eat healthy little snacks throughout the day.
