Eggs Benedict is definitely a good choice! Actually, anything with Hollandaise sauce.
Crepes!
A mexican scramble that they make at this restaurant - Inn Kensington (Berkeley area).
A belgian waffle with fruit.
A really good croissant - hard to find in the US!
An omlette with avocado and other ingredients
Biscuits and gravy.
And I agree with the bottomless coffee!

I was going to say Country Fried Steak, Two Eggs and Hash Browns, but I got to go for the Eggs Benedict. Now that you mentioned it.

crepes with nutella, or my favrite cake made with sour cream, it's so delcious, heres the recipe:
Preheat oven to 350
Make a pie crust:
100g sugar
200g butter
300g flour
1 egg
Make the filling:
600g sour cream
1 packet ( 40g) Cooking Vanilla pudding--> make pudding with 1/2 milk, some sugar
add these together with another packet of vanilla pudding
and a bit of sugar
on top of the filling place cherries or madarin oranges
Bake 30-40 min, and refrigerate about 2 hours before eating
Tipps: You can take any other flavr of pudding, or even make little cake in cupcake molds (perfect for parties)!

Real southern biscuits with butter and jam, all pork sausage patties, maybe some scrambled eggs cooked in the sausage drippings and fresh cut pineapple slices.

I really love a steak and egg breakfast with hashbrowns, 2 eggs over easy, wheat toast,and a side of grits with melted butter, and oj to drink. yum yum!
