Don't do hair of the dog because your body is already recovering from damage caused drinking the night before, so drinking more will make the pain immediately go away but you'll feel even worse when you sober up. If possible, have sex because orgasms are pain killers, then I always make a fruit shake out of berries and bananas to replenish lost vitamins, then curl up on the couch with my bong, watch some Simpsons DVDs and read a stack of Maxims. Afterwards, going to the gym, taking a jog or a yoga class definitely helps speed up the recovery process.

I try to go for a quick jog. The first 5 minutes are hell, then I feel 100 times better, because my blood gets flowing again and the toxins are getting out. When I'm too tired for that, I take an Advil, and eat scrambled eggs with buttered toast. It works like a charm.
Whatever you do, make sure you drink lots of water before you fall asleep, and take a vitamin, or nothing will help the next morning.

Drink a bottle or 2 of water before heading off to bed, it usually promises a hangover-free day in the morning.

I don't know why, but for me, a toasted cheese sandwich, some advil and a bubbly drink like dr. Pepper. But there has to be lots of margerine on the sansdwich I think it's the greasy factor that helps. And there's always the hair of the dog theory, that really works, it's just gross.

Of course drinking more. However, I find that eating something really spicey works well. It sounds bad, but sweating the booze out is important.
