Fined, jailed and executed under the Alien and Sedition Acts. After all, you are providing aid and comfort to an enemy invader.

i'm having a wager that the immigrant has a minimum of a pretend eco-friendly card, in any different case your boss is taking a great danger in hiring him. you're able to get your boss in difficulty via reporting him. i could say that till the guy is doing something heavily incorrect which you merely permit him be.

YES when you knowingly hire a illegal you are breaking the law.
If all employers would only hire the ones that are legally documented then they would only have two choices become legal or go back to their country.

Not just fined, but fined heavily. At least that way you'll learn not to make the same mistake twice. Losing money has a way of making people see the error of their ways.

Of course. The problem is that employees present counterfeit social security cards and green cards. We have no way to tell that they are counterfeit. The government allows us to use a web site to check the social security number against the person's name "after they are hired". The problem is that we a not allowed to do anything if there is no match other than to advise the employee to get it fixed.

YES!!! And heavily.
A track history of hiring illegals should mean jail time for the business's owners or CEOs and CFOs.
Also states and cities should pass & ENFORCE laws that would make it illegal to rent housing to illegals.

If it can be proved that you hired illegal aliens, then you should be fined. If you however can prove, that the illegals claimed that they were American citizens, then they should be arrested, and ultimately deported.

You will be, unless they lied and said they were citizens. In that case, they will have to be banished for ten years from the US and possible jail time.
