in this category middle schoolers are always looked down upon with remarks like isn't it your bed time? and other stuff. i'm sick and tired of it. most of you don't even realize middle school can be the roughest part of a persons life. all of my family(high schoolers, colleges, adults) say it was the hardest part of their life. people don't realize this is the time of their lives when they get thier first real relationship and people look down upon them why?

well some questions are really stupid but still you can just ignore them and not answer at all. also you say i need to lighten up you know what i say to that is NO. you really don't understand how hard it is. there are bullies around every corner embarassment with every step and then there is people who make fun of us because we're young. we can not help our age. we are born when we are born and no sooner. you were all once in middle school and should know how it feels. no i'm not looking for sympathy I'm looking for respect!!!!!

because that's how it goes in these big jobs such as life in middle school your still just a little on the immature side in my opinion i was i started a quote relationship when i was in middle school but at that age i did really understand love or my relationship. at that age in my opinion i don't think that the typical teenager really understands there relationship. but that's just me and how i felt but i don't know you and how you feel so i hope this helps people pick on younger kids cause it makes them feel like tough STUFF which makes them feel good so i would just let their comments slide and think about the better things in life because sooner or later their actions will bite them in the butt some times it seems that the whole world sucks which sometimes it does but i found the right girl but she doesn't love me right now so i will just wait and let time decide. some peoples lives are easy to guess about and foresee but others are like reading a book you don't know what happens tell you get there
This is my Moto Stand up and fight for what you believe! and Tomorrow its going to be different!

I don't know that this will help you but after 3 daughters going through middle school I will tell you that if you can get through this time in your life you can make it through anything. Kids are just mean. Just make sure you know how it feels and don't do the same things to other middle schoolers as you get older. Words do hurt, just try not to take it to heart. Remember just because someone says something doesn't mean it is true. If you feel you are being looked down on this particular site then go to one that is more your age. You might find more people that understand what you are feeling because they are going through the same thing. Maybe you could write to the administrator and ask them to create a category just for middle schoolers...

I can understand how you feel, because I was once a middle schooler. not everyone discriminates against you guys on here, but it's so obvious that you are a middle schooler when you ask really dumb questions. some are just questions that you shouldn't even worry about because you will eventually grow out of it. I'm sure most people like to answer mature questions, and not waste time answering ones that you will eventually find out for yourself(unless they want easy points).

I understand what you mean, but I'm in high school. Sometimes I agree with you, and I think that the questions middle schoolers are asking are valid and real and they deserve real answers. But sometimes they are ridiculous and stupid. Things like, "OMG...lol!...I think he likes me! What do I do!? HELP!"...no offense but that is really a stupid question. The rude remarks could definitley go, though.

I offer you my empathy but you are deluded if you think it ever gets any better!
I respect all posters on here - there should be no abuse.
Everything you describe is still happening to me and I am more than twice your age.
Those feelings of insecurity in dating etcetera and bullies just carry on lurking. What you learn is how to deal with them. For that reason people should be giving you respectful answers which help you to develop coping strategies so that these events do not adversely affect you.
I don't look down on anyone. I spend my days helping adults who have never been helped to develop coping strategies to develop them.
If people abuse you on here there is the opportunity to report them if them for abuse if they have broken the Community Guidlines.

im 17, i understand how you feel and i will try to explain. some of yall are more mature than others and well some of yall still act like kids. i agree you its hard but for me high school is even harder because the people start to change more and people that were once your friends arent and basically you have to start over again. i found my guy in middle school and we've been dating off and on for about 3 years now. personally i cant see myself with anyone but him and i think he can quite possibly be "the guy" for me. don't let these other people bother you. its obivous that they haven't hit that maturity thing yet. everyone knows how high school and middle school were for them and would most likely agree with you whether they want to admit it or not.

It's not that we look down on you....it would just be nice if they could have separate categories for teens and adults since the age range of people asking questions is so great.

First off middle school is a very difficult place to be whether ya'll want to understand that or just cant understand that that's your problem! They were in middle school once to, they may say rude things because they were"geeks" in middle school so when they got older and assume that they're better or higher in life, they'll vent!
Dont worry about it, i bet when u get in highschool they'll find something else rude to say! just wait it out

You my friend take things too personally
This is not a good thing,
Since you seem like you need some sort of advice on girls for future reference for dating girls don't do that, If you take things that a girl says too seriously you will end up a loser in the game
