Red sauce with bacon is sooooo wrong! I like brown sauce but it has to be "Daddies" brown sauce and the bacon has to be way crispy with no gross stringy fat on it!

I agree-brown is best preferably HP sauce to contrast with and bring out the delicious flavour of the bacon.

Brown sauce, preferably HP, is the only acceptable relish for a quality bacon sandwich.
