yep , talk to him or his friends. it's not as hard as it seems. this question has been on here 100s of times and even I asked it myself! it's hard for everyone, but everyone can do it.

dont flirt at first thats kind of slutty (or atleast shows interest) just be cool and befriend him then flirt after a lil bit. the rest is up to him

you should flirt mildly to show him your interested,if that doesnt work move on, dont lower yourself to anything that makes you look desperate,you are better than that,besides there is someone out there that will appreciate you more,trust me!

yeh, just go up to him and ask a question like, hey do you know me? hes obviously going to say no so introduce yourself then ask him if he wants to hang out sometime if he looks intrestead.
