first let me say I am sorry for your loss
the answer kinda depends on if she was a believer in Christ
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
if you don't know if she was a believer and saved, it is hard to find a good Bible verse for her funeral and I am sorry, for you will have no assurance of her destination.
if that is the case, now is the time to consider your own relationship to God so no one has the same dilemma at YOUR funeral. we are not promised tomorrow.
don't grieve thinking she is in Hell, for many have come to salvation in their last days in this life and if she was saved, and you want to see her in the next life now is the time to get it right with God

Ecc 12:6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.
Ecc 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
2Co 5:6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
2Co 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
2Co 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 3:19
For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast.

Psalm 23..though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. Surely goodness & mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, & I will dwell in the house of the L-RD forever.
