Call Child Protective Services immediately. They will investigate. You can also talk to your school counselor.

tell her what she's been doing. if that doesn't change each little thing, basically flow out. you are able to stay consisting of your chum or boyfriend/lady friend till your father and mom pick you lower back. even as they do, say you'll in consumer-friendly words stay with them in the experience that they recognize your needs to be considered and cared for. it truly is going to artwork, and it isn't as not hassle-free because it type of feels.

Call the police. He is old enough to know better and can go to jail for it. You have a right to feel safe in your own home, so if your mom doesn't do anything about it, you do it. Take charge and at least talk to someone at school.

are you younger or older? If younger hit him back...i mean eye for an eye right?

If older.....sit on him! Keep telling him as you are punching him that you will beat the crap out of him over and over if he doesn't stop. If he doesnt then just stick him in a closet , shut the darn door, and lock it...that will snap him into reality FAST! If that doesn't work......take his worldly possessions and hide them...make a deal with him....IF he stops you will give him back ONE thing of his at a time and if he doesn't stop after that......well you are out of luck.
