one element that i've got discovered that works properly is Bob's crimson Mill variety all purpose gluten unfastened (GF) flour. you will locate it at wellbeing nutrition shops (i.e. total ingredients) and that is becoming to be extra basic at universal markets besides. purely replace the comparable quantity of GF flour because of the fact the unique recipe demands. yet another advice for GF cookies: use a teflon baking mat on your cookie sheet. It keeps the cookies from sticking because of the extremely diverse consistency. yet all in all, the cookies style very almost the comparable. sturdy success!
