I've taken so much heat from the women I date because I usually only run them from ages 21 to 23 and then I end it. Then, when it's over, they tell me that I've "taken the best years of their lives." Don't you agree with me that they are being terribly cruel to me?

No, you are being cruel you know you are going to end things but you still date them for 2 years. Your 20's are the best years and this is usually the time when you find your soul mate, I would feel cheated and hurt if you dumped me after 2 years cuz i was getting older.

I think that you running them between 21-23 is being cruel to them and are you misleading them ? believe the best for them is yet to come and in time they will thank you for running them for a short period.

21 - 23 unless they become immobile/brain dead after that they haven't seen nothing yet?! How old are you to be able to keep doing that?
BE upfront. Tell them it's all about you as a selfish man and that you will be escorting them to the exit when you have decided their ride is through.
