When i asked him if i could come over for new years he said no becuase im drinking (mind you hes only 19) but he told me earlier he wouldnt drink if i came over. But yet he still invited his friends over....not to mention he never really spent time with me to begin with. So of course im mad so I said to him... "have fun then with your friends, maybe they can give you the love you want" . Thats when he called me a sycho *****

Everyone wants to spend New Years with there b/f - g/f. You should not feel bad at all that you wanted to spend time with your b/f, It's what couples do. I wonder what his excuse was for not spending New Year's with you?

If it really wasn't a good excuse then I think you should have sat down and spoke to him about it. Maybe it's an Age issue, Family issue, Personal issues, Thats what you need to figure out in the long run.

Best of luck in the New Year's

Nah, you’re not a sycho or anything like that

Sounded more like you were lonely and just wanted someone to spend new years with. This is normal. Since it’s a new year. Delete the old b/f from your hard drive . Empty the trash can and find someone new!!

People usually want to go back to their ex’s in many cases due to be lonely. Which is not good, but normal at the sametime.

If they do get back together the problems they had in the past are still there and will not go away…

So, good luck and find yourself a new guy for a new year!

No you were NOT wrong wanting to spend time with your b/f, whats the point of being in a relationship if U can't spend time with another?

No, you were not wrong to have wanted to spend time with him. How you deal with that may be another matter, you don't go into specifics about that, or why he didn't spend it with you. I'd expect to spend New Years with a significant other.

There was nothing wrong with wanting to spend it with him unless he had already made plans you knew of and you were trying to make him change them. If this is not the case you are better off without him.

I like to think that I am not a complete Keck. I may do stupid things at times, but I try to be the best I can. You are probably better off without that jeck.

I'm not a jerk. But I'm old and married. Actually, you just need a new guy.
