Its stupidity, they how no other way of jump start. They cant just say Hi or comment you nicely.
Or sometimes they think they are all that. PIMP and such..... They just dont know how to get to the ladies.

Its because all girls(i am a boy) are actually likeing the bad boy type and those are bad people.I Am not a bad boy and no one likes me,but do i care....lol well yes
