hey, butter is 100 times better for you than margarine (artificial food). you can enjoy the desserts if you only have them 2 or times a month. make a deal with yourself: everytime you eat one of these great desserts, you have to go out and walk briskly for 1 hour;or jog for 20 min.
if youre going to indulge once in a while, you might as well do it right! i treat myself to a big@ss piece of creamsicle cheesecake or black-forest mousse every second weekend about 2 hours before i go rollerblading, and i havent gained any weight from the indulgence! its almost better than sex!

Sure you could. You'd surely gain some weight. As far as how long you would live, one never knows, there are stories everywhere about people's living habits being bad and they live to be 100. But I'd watch my diet and be sure to exercise every day.
Contrary to popular beliefs, most folks in the south do not eat that type of food every day. They do know about proper diet.

Her had her family survive. They may not be the healthiest option, particularly if you ate that way everyday all the time, but it's not toxic, and probably still healthier than any fast food or boxed frozen stuff.

Yes, maybe not as long as someone who eats lean foods and such. What a glorious taste test life can be!

No. No. No! That stuff would kill you dead. My mom used to cook like that and now that my parents are in their 60's the doc have them on a dry salad and oatmeal diet!
