I have told my girlfriend loads of lies and I dont know why. She feels like the relationship is built on a lie. I never meant it to be like that. I do truly love her. She phoned me the other day to say its over- she said how can she find a liar attractive. I then said you must have loved me. I am moving to be closer to her over 100 miles awayand have no choice but to move now with or without her. She has agreed to meet me in three weeks time when I have moved up there. No promises about us. She has also said she will stay faithful till then. She does not answer her phone ( I have only sent two messages - but I bet she has had some messages from my friends ). Any ideas I am truly in need this girl is my life my soul and guys excuse the cliche- she is the one . Please help from a heart broken stupid excuse for a man.

how can she be youre soul if you have lied to her so much she considers youre whole relationship a lie. Youre lucky she's even willing to meet you in three weeks. And if she does maybe you should learn that what you are is called a hibitual lier and some cant not stop telling the lies. I hope for her sake you can because there is nothing worse than being lied to. I have been married to my soul mate for 24 years and would rather not say anything than lie or be lied to. maybe some counsiling would help you.

Okay...you didn't give enough information about the lies. If you lied about being married or having children or that you had a sex change operation...those are big ones. But if you told her you had McDonald's for lunch and really went to Wendy's OK that is a different one.
But it sounds like they were big lies for her to be upset. I think you need to go to therapy to resolve you issues before you include anyone else in your life.

First of all u need to be telling her everything u just told us. All u can do is move out there and show her.She doesn't believe what u say so now u have to show her. Everyone makes mistakes the point is to learn by them. Let her know u have learn by it...No more lies..Good luck hon

u have a great heart and what you just told me was great. if my ex boyfriend told me that i was the one and his heart and soul needed me then i would go running to him no matter what. don't take no for an answer and tell her that you love her alot and always remind her that you love her because eventually she'll get the point and will understand you
