usually proceded by "Roger" which means that you acknowledge the last transmission and "wilco" means you will co-operate with that transmission. I've been a pilot for 35 years, these terms aren't used anymore

Wilco is the short form of will comply. This means that the pilot will carry out instructions given to them by ATC. And,Roger is NOT the same as wilco. Roger means that the pilot has recieved (heard) the last transmission by ATC. A common phrase used by pilots is roger, wilco. This means that the pilot has heard the previous instruction given by ATC and will carry out that instruction.

Pilots say Wilco because it is a term for Will Comply. They do this because when using a radio, sometimes it will cut in and out. For this same reason they use niner for the number nine.

It's not the same as roger! Roger is used to acknowledge a transmission of advisory nature. It simply means "I have received your transmission", or "I understand that, thanks for the info". Wilco is used as an aswer for an instruction, meaning "I will comply"..

Your question doesn't make sense, if you are asking what it means it's Will carry out orders.
