Magistrates are J Ps ...Justice of the Peace.
You address your Letter to the JP dealing with your Case,but you have to put your Letter into another envelope addressed to the Clerk of the Court for the attention of;then the Magistrate Court address.
I advice you to Record your Letter and get a Receipt.

In England, Magistrates are addressed as 'Your Worship'. However, as Magistrates work on a rota, you would be best to write to the Clerk to the Justices for whichever area in which you live. The website for the Department of Constitutional Affairs will give you guidance.
