You don't! If she's playing games with you, you don't want somebody like that. If you start playing games back, then you start out any relationship you ever have, basing it on lies. And that NEVER works, I don't care who you are. If you have to make someone jealous to get their attention, then it's not the kind of attention you want. Again, it doesn't work.
If she likes you, you should be able to tell. But you have to calm down about it first. Here's an idea: ask her out and find out for sure. If not, you haven't lost anything. Good luck!

This kinda stuff makes me crazy.
-You two are not together.
-You are not in a relationship so why bother?
-To hurt one another?
-Is it really worth all the hassles?

If she chooses to act out like an immature person then let her play her little head games. It’s very obvious she has some emotional trauma.

-Guaranteed she’s sitting at home thinking about you
-You have consumed her life. You are the only person she is thinking about. That should be enough and its actually the best kind of revenge. Even though she isn’t smart enough to realize it.

My suggestion to you : Move on.. don’t sink to her level and play her head games.

or look at girls as they pass by
talk with other girls
say damn she's hot when you see a girl on tv/movie/walking
get a playboy keep it in the bathroom
look at her girly magazines and just sit there and oogle pictures in front of her
watch other girls while she's talking to you.
