Yes, rinse and dry! The reason is that by rinsing you are helping to rid the cutlet from debris and bacteria that may have formed. Also, if there is water on the chicken cutlet when you put it into oil to fry the oil will sizzle and splatter all over you. So be safe and rinse and dry all chicken before cooking.

Nope, i don't. I rinse them before marinating them, coat it with egg and bread crumbs, free them and fry it . But you got to make sure that the cutlets are not thick, or it would get rather hard to cook, btw, i like chicken done just nicely with a hint of blood in it and its more convinient for me, im always quite busy, you see. I like the cutlets just done, not over cooked, but im not sure about you . If you don't , don't follow my method.

No you don't have to rinse them. Just dip in egg, then breadcrumbs and fry. Make sure the oil is very hot before you fry and add more as the oil gets low

You should rinse everything meat, fruit or veggie before you cook it or eat it. They put special chemicals on them in the grocery store so they will keep longer.

I rinse everything.
