Go for it buddy. Your in a lucky situation, she obviously really likes you. Do you like her? Thats the only question. IF you do great, if you don;t you should tell her something quick.

Start slow and just have coffee or something. But keep in mind that since you work together if things go sour, are you 2 far enough away from each other at work that if you don't wanna see the other person ever again then it won't be a problem? If so then go for it. Why not?

i think you shluld use YOUR best judgement, i personally would like nothing more than to leave work relationship free, but if you have feelings for her, then by all means go out and spend time with her, its just a matter of what you want really. and you should think that she likes you, and she wants to *be friends* meaning she wants to get with you later. but you do what you think is best.

If you're open to the situation, go for it. But don't have such an ego...just because a woman likes a man...doesn't mean she spends all her waking moments thinking about them.

you need to get her to ask you out on a date let her try to get you just like lot of girls do to us make her take care of the date paying etc. or just pay for yourself. you can get laid first date and then you have stalker a play it easy and then let out that you really are a nice guy don't treat her bad but don't jump all the way into it

No brainer.... she is infatuated with you. She is interested in you. If you find her interesting and attractive, spend time with her. See how things develop. Feel your way through this -- pay attention to your gut feelings -- and don't think too much.

That she's potential stalker material if she has nothing better to do than to think about you all of the time. Hope you don't have any pet bunnies for her to boil.

..you spend a lot of time together (since you work together)...and she likes you. But, if you mix work with pleasure, it could end up awkward should the relationship fizzle...my motto "dont ever date anyone you work with"..

She is in love with you or in love with fantastic notions she has about you.

She wants to be your friend, but she also very much wants more than that.

You need to decide where YOU stand.
