Tell him you have something from your heart to say to him & it's important to you that he knows whether he leaves or stays. THEN JUST TELL HIM! Open communication is a must in every friendship/relationship, especially when it comes to communicating feelings, whether it changes things or not. Atleast you'll know you tried.
