Shortly after you awaken.
A tired stomach does not feel like digesting a big breakfast. When you get up in the morning, your glucose or blood sugar level is at its lowest point in the day. Glucose is the basic fuel for the brain and central nervous system. The effects of a skipped breakfast are short attention span, lack of alertness, longer reaction time, low blood sugar, decreased work productivity.
If you have been skipping breakfast you will not be too hungry in the morning but, begin to eat a balanced breakfast daily and you will start to feel hungry every morning.

Since I still have to go to school at 8:30, I eat breakfast at about 7:30. But, sometimes 7:00 is a good time for breakfast.

It is a good idea to eat 3 meals a day and to also have a schedule. You should try and find a time when you can eat breakfast every morning. For example, I wake up at 6am every morning, and eat breakfast at 6:30am.
I hope this helped.

For me, it's around 10:30-11 a.m. I need to wake up at 5:30, get some stuff done, and by 10:30 or so I finally feel hungry enough to eat.
