If a woman spends days thinking about me, what can i deduce from that ?

Depends on what she is thinking when she thinks about you. If she is thinking about throwing you on the bed and ravishing your naked body, I would say she likes you. If she is thinking of gouging your eyes out with a spoon, I think she may not like you so much (or she is a serial killer).
