My girl and I have been dating for 5 months now. We've been through a lot before, and she has seen how I am like with past relationships (i.e. jumping from one girl to the next, always saying i'm in love). She has a hard time believing that I am in love with her, possibly because of me or because she has been hurt seriously in the past. What can I do to make her realize she is the love of my life? No relationship has made me feel as great as I do now.

If you do truly love her, you needn't do anything. Your actions will automatically show it. If you truly love her, you will not break up with her, thus you're not jumping from girl to girl. If she does dump you for some reason, she will know you love her because you, most likely, will cry and do all you can to save the relationship.
Don' t worry. Just act yourself. Your love will shine through.

Time will prove to her that you are a good man just keep showin her you care and she will come around on the other hand if she dont trust you at all why be in a realtionship where u have to keep proving ur love to her

Tell her and show her. If she still doubts after time, than she'll need to resolve the issues of her past relationships.

Actions speak louder then words, you have to show her also,do things with her that you have never done with other girls,for example buy her flowers,a box of chocolates, a greeting card.
