We bought a pork roast, which looked completely normal, then even before it was cooked, while it was still completely red all the way through, there was a darker spot (a good sized one) on the top of it. I cooked it, and it was fine, and delicious, but some people wouldn't eat it because of the spot. Was it anything dangerous, or are they just wuss'?

Thanks!

Your Right they Are wussi's ..
It wasn,t dangerous or you,d be asking a different question. I,m sure it was "very good".
and was made, seasoned and served with lots of love..

I bet they,ve never had fresh game/meat.
Ask them if they,ve ever seen chicken with alittle "Tinge of brown" on it?
it,s a natural occurence..

It's where the blood pooled in that area and darkened as the blood cells died.
