Well you should never feed you animal people food they were not built to digest it. Also when feeding an animal like a cat or dog you can make sure the bowl is full and they will eat what they want. If they are puppies or a kitten then only feed them 2 times daily, one in morning and one at night, they like to eat so much they get sick. Just be careful and no people food they will puke on your carpet! Also with a cat the dog food it very large and may hurt the cats stomach so go ahead and get some cat food.

Ok, I don't even know why you are feeding your cat dog food in the first place, but since you are you need to get her off it REALLY SOON. Mix a little bit of cat food with the dog food. Every day mix in a little bit more cat food with the dog food. Eventually it will be all cat food and no more doggie food for your kitty! Good Luck!

You shouldn't be feeding a cat dog food. The nutrient levels are innapropriate for the species. Get your cat cat food. I understand if you don't have cats and are feeding a stray, because we had a stray who came up to our house and we didn't have any cat food to feed her because we aren't cat owners.
