Starting tomorrow morning. If I jugged every morning and did my crunches and thigh work outs will I lose my tummy weight and the weight on my thighs? And how long do you think it will take for me to see results? Also how many times a day should I do these things to lose the most weight the fastest. I just don't want it to be point less.

You should lose weight if you do those things, and eat healthy. It won't work well if you don't change your eating habits. It might take a few weeks for you to see results, but try and stick it out. It won't be pointless if you keep trying. :)

Do them 2ce a day...its not too much, but its enough....and great job on doing somthing at all...some fat people expect to get skinny from just sitting around....Good luck and may the pounds "lift" off. lol!

iy matters how fast your body burns colories. u should loss 2-3 lbs a week becuse if u loss more lbs a week u well gain it back. and u don't wont to do that

for women tummy weight is the hardest to lose. I personally prefer the Zone Diet by Barry Sears. Its a lower carb diet but it's real as he gives you real life choices, gives list of hight glycemic foods to avoid or eat in moderation AND explains what happens to the food we eat in simple terms. I lost 40 lbs in 2 months, slept better, have energy etc and lower carb diets help women lose tummy weight better than others

It sure won't be pointless no matter what you do--any movement will help burn calories and the activities you mention will help tone. There are just so many variables that preclude giving you the solid metrics you are asking about such as how many times a day, how long to see results, etc. I don't claim yoga as the cure all for everything but, seriously, I jogged and lifted weights for 25 years and 5 years of yoga, practiced at least 3 times a week, has altered my lifestyle, eating habits and has me on a proper path for a lifetime of fitness

good on you,iff you do tummy tucks every moring, you will see a result within 2weeks and also do these twice a day,fab exercise, work with it,you won,t be dissappointed,
Depends. The more exercise you do the faster you will lose. You will lose weight but depends on what you eat and your metabolism. You know how some people eat and never gain and you may pass a hamburger joint and gain a pound. But to exercise, I gather, you do at least an hour a day, you should see results in 30 days. When you weigh your self everyday, do it in the morning with the same clothes, before you exercise. That is with tennis shoes and apparel. You could get a false reading after exercising as you may sweat a little then weigh yourself later after trying to replenish your body fluids and actually gain a little. But overall in a month you will definitely see results, especially if you had the time to do this three times a day. To lose the most weight, watch what you eat
Start doing yoga in addion to what you have proposed every morning and take only balanced diet

You don't give a lot of info. to go on. How much weight are you talking about? When you say jugged, I'm assuming you mean Jogging? Seem like if you did those two things you would see results. You also need to decrease your intake of food along with the exercise. You don't say how long you jog or do crunches. You can over-do both. If you don't eat properly you could make yourself sick.
So, be careful.

How much do you weigh now? Often that depends on how much weight/how quickly you will lose it. The jogging will bring your weight down, but it's different for everyone. When I lost 25 pounds, I saw the difference in my entire body size: waist, thighs, arms and face. But some people may see more in one place than the other.

The crunches and thigh work will definitely aid in making you leaner. As you start to lose weight, the muscle work will show in these areas.

How much weight are you trying to lose and how fast?

In addition to the cardio and muscle work, if not already, consider improving your diet in some way -- drink more water, eat more vegetables, cut back on the processed sugars and the liquid calories, eat at regularly scheduled times, snack (healthily) 2 times a day and have 3 rate-your-plate (1/4 protein, 1/2 carb, 1/2 veggies) meals a day or whatever works for you.

Sticking with those three items, most people can lose 2-4 pounds a week. More or less depending on how much you have to lose.

If you already have a low bmi (low fat ratio), remember, muscle is heavier than fat. As you build muscle, you may see your weight increase though your body will be getting leaner and stronger.

Hope this helps.

I think because you're young and you don't have so much weight to lose, you should concentrate on making small changes you can stick to forever. Otherwise, you're going to set yourself up for a yo-yo dieting cycle that will make you gain more and more weight. Giving up fizzy drinks is a great start! You should drink a lot of water, as much as you can. Water is a really good tool for weight loss because being properly hydrated will reduce your cravings to snack between meals. And it's basically really hard to drink too much water, so go for it. You should also start walking more. Think about places you go that you either drive or take transport that are withing 20/30 minutes' walk, and walk there. Or, park far away and walk from the car. Also, take the stairs whenever you can, instead of escalators or elevators. If you only do those things, you'll see some weight loss. Other things you can do is begin reducing your portion sizes. If you're eating out, take some of your meal off your plate right away and put it on the side plate. If you're serving yourself at home, serve yourself a "normal" portion, and then take one spoonful of each thing off. When you're comfortable with that, take two spoonfuls off. It only takes a small reduction to make a big difference over time. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
