when i put my hands in the sea, i did not know that i will get wet, and when the sea dried it bited me

waddaet = put (in the past)
yaday = hands
phie = in
al-baher = (al = the) (baher = sea)
lem = did not
akon = verb to be
aalam = know
ann = that
ho = like him
sawfa = will
yableaany = (yabel = v. wet) (any = me)

its difficult to translate coz its written in English.
if it was written in Arabic it would be easier, or if you pout certain numbers that represent a certain letter in the Arabic alphabet.
but IL do my best... i think it means..:

when i pout my hand in the see, i didn't know that he was gonna splash me, and when it got dry...

sorry don't know what (aathain) means..
try using numbers.(e.g. 7=h, 3=..cant find the letter that represent it but its the 18 letter from the beginning of the Arabic alphabet..

when i put my hands in the ocean, i didnt know that the ocean will eat me . when the ocean dried, i felt hurt.
