She told me that our friendship is still intact because I though I had lost the friendship due to her acting really close then stopping the touching and talking all the time. She also said we should that we should "talk as the friends we already are". What may she want to talk about?

She's trying to tell you she doesn't want a relationship any more complex than one you're having with her now. In other words she doesn't want to be your girlfriend.
