Are there really Demons?

Question

I have had several experiences with them. Anyone else?

There are beautiful beings on higher levels. They are
evil in that they are prideful and controlling. And they can
appear as frightening things if they want.
There are also what they call thought-forms. Which
we create with our thoughts, and spiritual power. They
are real masses of energy that take on the nature of
the thought that created it. Lust, anger, fear, etc.
That is what hell is. The Earths magnetic core
draws these things to the the center of the Earth.
Creating mutli-dimensional levels of misery for the
spirit that gets caught up those things by denying
the better things in spirit. Or trying to control them, which
draws them magnetically to it.

Demons are one of those "prove a negative" things from the religious realm that people will believe with the same fervor others disbelieve. The reality is they are a figment of the imagination until proven otherwise -- just like angels, just like God. Every "supernatural" encounter on record can be explained scientifically when all the facts are known. Many so-called demonic encounters are the result of sleep paralysis -- the same medical phenomenon that fuels many UFO abduction claims.

Demons are excuses for the things that people do that we don't especially like. They are almost always the product of some sort of religious upbringing or thought system.

Belief in demons comes from a belief system that sees God as incapable of keeping what he has created under control.

Possibly, but I won't give a concrete answer to that.

What made you think it was a demon instead of an angel? Just because they're a demon doesn't mean their evil, nor does an angel have to be good.

It is belief that brings such "things". Nothing else. They are but images projected by belief. There are no demons, but there is anger, usually the anger one feels when they "die" and realize it isn't what they were taught...that anger is energy, just as belief and everything else is energy; but once we understand that life is life, and we are perfectly loved, all anger and fear and all other illusory projections, will vanish. For it was we who formed them in the first place.

i believe many things may seem like demons ... but i do not believe they are
i have studied many cases of so called possesion which to a priest would be demons , to a doctor would be mental illness
i have studied the paranormal
which to a medium would be spirits , to a Christian would be demons
i have studied polterguist in rooms at night ...
to a sleep doctor this would be sleep paralysis and hypnagogic state

No, they do not exist. Your beleif system determines whether or not you have demonic experiences. If you beleive in them and xpect to havee demonic experiences, then your mind will oblige you. I mean no offense. I am just merely saying that our mind will cause to beleive what we want to beleive.

i dont know about demons but the supernatural... yeah why not... i swear ive seen a ghost once or twice... was spooky... then again i was tired and drinking so may have just been my imagination... what sort of demons are we talking about here anyway... like little horned things?

I am saved so I dont have that problem. I have the Holy Spirit in me. I cannot be possessed with demons.
