you can buy an alarm that scares them off it s sold in most home & garden stores .
its an owl that you put on your roof and it lets of a sound only birds here,they re around £17.00
or you can always build a scare crow

Since you didn't go into detail I can only guess what is happening. If they are landing and making nests on your property you may think about doing what is done in public places where pigeons are bad. On the flat areas like window sills and shelves put short spikes so that the birds can't land. The other option is to get a dog or cat that will run and scare them away. The main thing is to never feed them or they will continue to come back to your property.

Hi, If they are in the street I think They have the right to be there , they where created to live out side.
If they come in to your property and they poop all over the place and they get annoying then there is things you can do to keep them away,
I saw there is a big machine like they have on the NYC subway to keep pigeons away it makes a noise...there is a putty kind of thing that smells bad for them you put it on the area where you want them off, then they sell spikes that pinch them when they try to land there. but carefully with that. even its legal, some people might bother you because of animal rights.

If they are feral pigeons, call the local council, I did but without much success, so I started to shoot them with an air rifle, this worked, those that survived stayed away after that. However, you need to make sure you use an air rifle within the law!
You can also shoot wood pigeons and collared doves, as they are also considered vermin

There are several different ways to get rid of pigeons. And most of them are fun. A b-b gun, a pellet gun, a .22, a shotgun. Or you can really sharpen your skills and get a wrist rocket and a bag of ball bearings. It depends on where you live as to which you can use.

firstly were do you want to get rid of them from, if its a balcony, then hang up plastic bags or cds, the birds dnt like the noise of the bags and they dnt like the reflection the cds giv off, i had trouble with them for ages b4 i treid this and now i have none.

Depends. Some cities have bans on shooting them. But if it is in your house, you have to block somehow their roost sites. Trying sticking a cardboard silouhette of a owl or eagle, wings spread, on a piece of string and let it dangle around the porch area or maybe tree limb where they can see it. Some cities have tried this approach to scare them from entering big buildings. The pidgeons are scared of the silohuette which resembles their common enemies. If no one is around, shoot them with a BB gun.

A cruel way is to put baking soda in bread. It swells up and they explode. Never done it myself and never would, probably just a playground rumour when I was a kid.
Otherwise, embrace them into your world!

In or On Your House: Well, get a ladder, push their nest off, and shoo em away...
