You could ask for it, but I doubt it would stand up. You can't ask someone to sign away their right to be compensated if they are injured by you through your negligence.

Probably not. A contract such as that would likely be held as invalid by the courts as a matter of common law and contrary to public policy. And absent any valuable consideration it would be void on its face as an incomplete contract.

For goodness sake, how some distance do you want "well being and protection " to bypass!!!!!!?????? merely be careful and stay. we are able to't be wrapped in cotton wool always. Jeeeeez! by ways my answer isn't any, a convincing one as there is too a lot....DO AS I SAY from our governments.
