I knew almost intantly with both of my children. My breast became very tender and I felt odd. Not sick, I was never sick with either pregnancy just odd. My breasts were what gave it away both times.
Home pregnancy tests have become very accurate and can pick thing up in a couple of weeks rather than waiting for your missed period. They still are not 100% that early.
