My age is 21.. My height is 165 cms.. Can i increase my height? If so how?

Unfortunately the real answer is no. By the time you are 21, the "growth plates" in your bones have already "fused" What this means is that your bones will no longer grow any further no matter what you do in terms of sporting activity despite what the other comments have suggested.
There is surgery that can be done to stretch your legs that involve sawing your leg bones and strectching them over months with metal bars. Pretty serious surgery that I do not recommend!

you need to stand with your arms stretched up against a wall....reach as high as possible with your finger tips without lifting your heels from the ground....have someone mark the height you have reached...try do go higher and higher each day...plus you would require a high protein diet which you can get by having egg whites,fish ,chicken or 250gms of paneer each day. height is determined by genetics but you can increase a bit by stretching...all the best to you and im sure you look good regardless of your height!

This place that your in top now could appear like your a table along with your chest and abdomen being the table top.stay like that for a whilst. properly I was hoping I helped! because of the fact top now I have been given a slice of pizza interior the refrigerator thats calling my call!

Well, if you eat a balanced diet of fruit, veg and eat a lot of protein you will grow. Keep a small intake of salt, sugar, and fat and make sure treats are occasional! (sp) You could find yourself, not just Growing a bit, but losing some weight aswell! Try excersising and playin sports such as football and Cricket aswell. It will help

d'nt worry da,be cool ,just take good food keep exercising daily,i heared that normally boys growth is up to 24,and 21 is for girls,so u don't worry .u will get it

Dear you may go for taarh asana and oostra asan regularily after six month you will get positive result. further you may continue if you need or desire so.

hi..i can suggest u some simple exercises:

1. Stand straight wid ur spine not bent. stretch ur arms up in air straight as much as u can. then stand on ur toes and stretch again along wid ur arms stretched. breathe in as u go up and breathe out as u relax . do it for 5-10 min. and increase the time gradually.

2. Another way is lying on bed with straight and fully stretched body . extend ur arms n legs to the maximum and relax. do it for 10 min. avoid pillow below head.

3. One more way is lying on bed straight widout pillow. fold ur legs n bring ur knees near d chest. then unfold them in air. stretch them straight . try to bring ur buttocks up in air too i.e.full legs in air. u need to support ur buttocks wid hands or u ll loose ur balance.stretch ur legs to the maximum wid ur straight unfold legs n knees and even the feet are stretched.

4. regular sports like badminton, swimming, and skipping by rope are too good..

i increased my height upto 5 inches by these exercises. hope u ll too.
