Truth be known it isn't the best place in the world but it is trying to improve itself. Weekend nights in the centre of town are a spectacle as the clubbers seem to all over indulge and make their presence known.
It hasn't got city status because it really does not have everything a city would offer.
Outlying villages in the area can be a lot nicer.
If you are thinking of living there, you have to visit first to experience it
