I like the guy i wrk with,but dnt know what or how to approach him,we dnt really talk to eachother,ive noticed him rite after he always use to stare @t me and this has been going on 4mnths...I doubt that he know how i feel,but its makin me lose interesste..Am i impatience,any best advice??Pls HELP,he likes lukin @t my lips aswel al the time...

Hon! you have to show some interest on the guy too. See its difficult for a guy to approach a girl especially a co-worker. Since if he gets a rejection he has to face it daily since he works there.
So you have to make some kind of move, try talking to him about general stuff besides work related stuff.
Next step ask him out for lunch. I know girls don't like to that but once you start talking to him it will be much more easier for you to ask him out.
See nice guys are very hard to find. You'll get a bad boy on every corner of the street. So go start making some move...

Well, well, what do we have here?
I think that if you like each other, as you say you do, I mean if he does this things he's A) trying to make you do something bad so he can steal you job or B) feels interested for you, and I wouldnt say myself that all he's trying to do is steal your job or if can even happen.
Anyway try doing the same with him, this way you wont be necessarily SAYING you like him back but in a way you are making him know that you feel something towards him too. And if he never liked you and decides to talk to you about the stared and all, what I think wont happen, you can say that neither did you, after all you never REALLY used words, right?
