Indian vegetarian, prepared by a native Hindu Indian women (men don't do the cooking there). Resaurant food is not as spicy and too heavy (greasy), and they loose the subtility of the spices. A native will serve a variety of dishes including papadams, kofta, dal (lentils), and raita; everything goes together just right. And the desert ... mmm: it might be made with rose water and crushed pistashio with sweet silver leaves on top.

All kinds... I like Indian, American, Chinese, French, Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc. It has to be good though, has to be just right...

I love Italian too. American is way too greasy. I do like Chinese but only when my dad cooks it, not take away.
