The temperature and pressure depend upon the aircraft type. If the hold is pressurised, the temperature will be similar to that of the cabin. If the hold is unpressurised, the teperature will drop rapidly with an increase in altitude.

The hold in virtually all passenger airliners is pressurized and temperature controlled. Ditto for the hold in many cargo aircraft as well. Air freight frequently includes items that are temperature sensitive such as blood products, organs, foods, etc.

In passenger airliners, it's temperature controlled to the temperature of the cabin while in the air. On the ground, it's not climate controlled. That's why there are regulations prohibiting the shipping of dogs during the hot summer and cold winter months.

The temperature is controlled to nearly the same as the comfortable one of the cabin ie..20 Celsius.

Hope you are not thinking of stowing away in one because, if temp or pressure is not controlled, you will probably die.
