i have small white eruptions on my nose since many years,these r not pimples,what r these?

i cannot squeeze them since the seem to be very hard.how can i get rid of them???

Little white bumps, or milia, are keratin-filled cysts, or simply little globs of protein under the skin. Primary milia may result from oil glands that have not fully or properly developed.Milia, are little balls of protein beneath the skin that do not have a pore, or hole in the skin through which to escape.
The key to getting rid of milia is realizing that they have no escape route, those little bumps are trapped under the skin. So, to get them out, you'll need to have a professional like a dermatologist or aesthetician extract them. You can extract the milia yourself, but this involves risks.

Precautions You need to ensure that you milia are not symptoms of some underlying disease or illness. Also, if you extract the milia yourself, you may have trouble completely pulling out the cysts, as the removable process may prove too painful.

Otherwise, if you are confident with your health and courage, you can cleanse your hands and face. Then wet a cloth with warm water and apply it to your face for a few minutes. Gently apply a sterile needle to the center of the little white bump to create a tiny opening in the skin.

Wrap your thumbs in a clean tissue and, using your thumbs, proceed to gently squeeze the contents of the little white bump out. Finally, cleanse the area of the extracted little white bump with an astringent.

I know how you feel. I realized I had these when I was about 13 and I removed some of them myself and my mom had to take me to get some removed because no matter what i did they didn't go away.

1. Oh yes. I started off here and was just into Pop Rock. I liked Cute Is What We Aim For, Jack's Manequin, The Rocket Summer, etc... I actually was extremely ignorant and thought my music taste was better then anyone elses. Wow, I was wrong. 2. Jake, Squiks, Kyla, Sarah C, Jay, Samantha, Fonzie Jake- He got me into deathcore. Squiks- Secret & Whisper. Kyla- Her username was "Kyla, Where's The Boat?" That made me get into Drop Dead, Gorgeous. Also because of her I found out about Craig Owen's side project. Sarah C- Radiohead and Porcupine Tree Jay- Once gave me a list of indie bands which included DLD. One of the best recomendations I ever got. Samantha- skate 4 cancer and some other good stuff. Fonzie- I was on one of my "I have a ton of money so I'll spend it all on CDs" shopping sprees and was going up and down the aisles searching for some music and I saw Rush's "Fly By Night" and noticed it as his avatar so I got it. I was actually thinking about how I would answer a question like this last night and bascially loving how I R&P has effected my music taste.

When you have acne it’s really important to keep your skin clean and to have a healthy diet, so drink lots of water (and green tea!) and exfoliate once a week (twice if you have oily skin) with a paste of honey, lemon and sugar. oh i think thats whiteheads i use to have that before because they said it cause by excessive use of loose powder "can u believe that?" theres nothing wrong if you were able to squeeze it but u couldnt just visit your dermatologist
