Just come out and tell her. There are many women who appreciate humility and submission in men. I prefer a completely equal relationship myself, but I find it quite refreshing to hear a man relate submissive tendencies. Go you! for bashing those stereotypes. Anyways, date for a while and get to know her, get comfortable with one another - and then let her know. It'll probably be a turn on.

sounds like you have some deep seated issues with your mother (hate to sound freudian!). do you actually feel good about yourself when in a submissive role, or just comfortable and unable to imagine/anxious about being assertive (i don't mean domineering)?
if you analyse your past, you may find a pattern in relationships starting with your parents. continuing this pattern isn't actually going to be helpful for you if deep down it makes you unhappy.
having said all that; i don't think you need to state or present this as a desire in relationships (that you want to be the submissive one), as it will just present itself that way, and your personalities will either settle as you wish or not.
but honestly, you probably could get some help by talking with a counsellor about your feelings.

You must not confess bluntly but make her understand with your sweet and submissive behavior, because once your wife be the Boss, she will control you, you may feel dejected and sometimes girls don't like submissive Boys.

That is the easiest answer. although it may be a little hard to find a woman that likes that kind of thing just keep trying though, because because if you try to change to please the general public you will feel like the most miserable person in the world
