I really want a toy chihuaha but I am on a budget and the only ones I can find are like $ 500.00 or more anyone know of a place I can find one at a reasonable price in Florida or Georgia?

go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and enter breed wanted, like Chihuahua, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i recently adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out.....try it.....do a good deed.....adopt a Chihuahua today !!!.....good luck to you, in your search for a Chihuahua as a new pet !!!!.....most adoptions run between $ 50 to $ 200 maximum, for a wonderfull dog, who will be very happy to be your new pet !!!

500$ is very cheap for a 12+ year investment.. remember you are paying for health guarantee etc. DO NOT GO TO A PET STORE OR A BACKYARD MILL TYPE BREEDER - that will set u up for heartache... Go to the AKC.ORG website and from there you should be able to get a list of Chihuaha Breed clubs in your area and they will be able to refer you to reputable breeders and/or Chihuaha Rescue...

I do as I live in fla and just purchased a chi for less than 500 and they dont have papers though . which does not matter to me cause i aint showing the dog and it is still a purebred. she has both deer head and apple heads and she is reputable and a very nice lady. she only breeds chihuahuas. so if you want her name then you can email me at my personal email and i will get back with you or just email me off of here and i will get back with you and i have her address and her phone number . Go to www.ckcusa.com and look for breeder of Chihuahua's. You will probably find one in you area with the right puppy at the right price.
