I don't know why it doesn't say it on the page but the box states that the icecream bar has like 0.5 grams for the good fats(each of them have 0.5)

From your food habits it is observed that carbohydrate usage is more than the protein intake, wheras ideal meal calls for optimum protein, low carbohydrate ,low sugar, low salt, low fat replacing just one meal and having two regular meals ,and one liter of water for every 44lbs to ge the desired results.
In case of female 1"=1.76lbs ideal weight and
fat % 26%up to age 39yrs
calories 1500-1800/day
Now you work out your possibilites

You are eating right.

what you are doing wrong is the type of exercise you are on. Weight lifting is an aerobic exercise that will increase muscle tone and mass of your upper torso and arms, and not the kind of exercise to loss total body fat.
Do anaerobic exercises, such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming and even ballroom dancing, to be able to lose body fat and you will improve and raise your body fat percentage.
Because you are lean, still very young and feel to be still a weakling, you have to continue with your weightlifting and do other aerobic exercises so your muscle will gain more strength. In other words, you have to do both aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
Maintain a diet that is enough to feed or cover for your daily activities including your resting metabolism.
It seems you are already in your right choice of diet.

Good luck.

Body fat percentage scales are known to be grossly inaccurate. Use calipers and a tape measure to track your progress accurately. Add more lean protein to your diet and throw in some cardio for a good balance and to prevent boredom in your exercise routine. Progressively increase the weights, not reps - it's better to do less reps with the most weight you can manage. You are doing better than you think you are. Keep it up!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Run away from it all the more you think about it the harder it is to loose. And cardio can help curb hunger just as well as food.
