It's an Italian bad word, it means " dude" or sometimes an abusive person.
" Stronzo" not estronzo

"Stronzo" in italian means "piece of crap". Other than its literal sense, it is also the most common insult. I don't think that word has any meaning in spanish.

It's not spanish it's Italian and correct spelling is "stronzo".
Literal translation is "turd, piece of crap" but it's also used in offensive sentences as "s.hit,bastard".
It can be also used as "bulls.hit, crap" (stronzo,stronzata)
