Not true. The prayers are very different.
These are the differences:
Orthodox Jews adhere to Biblical law strictly.
Conservative Jews pick and choose the laws they like to follow.
Reform Jews believe Judaism is a cultural affiliation, and they do not observe any of the laws.
Reconstructionist Jews want to reinvent Judaism in order to suit their needs.

The difference is how strictly they observe Judaism. Orthodox Jews follow all the religious laws, Reform Judaism is very liberal, Conservative Judaism is in between.
