Wooden staircase most likely in polish, so probably a brown shade.However, the spelling of staircase was incorrect.Therefore if its a stare then the case can be different.

a bungalow doesnt have stairs unless its a dorma bungalow then you can paint um any colour you want

Marble or light coloured wood would look nice.Also consider the railing color if there is one.The 2 colors should look good together.My house has a light wood colored railing and marbled staircase with abstracts on it. it looks good.my house is also white.So I know it will look nice.
