Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Try this. 5 of my colleagues at work are on it, and my boss has lost over 5 stones!!! I have just started it. It really hits home just how many calories we are eating on a daily basis without realising.
You get a free three day trial, and if you like it you can sign up. It is for both UK and USA foods. There are no restrictions (i.e, no cheese or no butter or chocolate). It simply calculates by the personal details that you enter, how many calories you need a day. If you exceed it you will gain weight, if you go under, you lose weight. It is as simple as that. You input what you eat and it will tell you how many calories you are intaking. It will really open your eyes as to where your calories are coming from. For example 1 banana contains 180 calories!
Have a look. If you want me to explain in more detail, email me.

This is my fourth day on it and I don't even feel like I am on a diet. I am already beginning to understand what foods are good and bad for me. I can still have my chocolate, I just eat a finger of fudge now instead of a Snickers bar. (161 calories instead of 360!) Or I eat half a snickers one day and the rest the next day. I think it's great although I know i'm still in my early days, I haven't had that awful panic and want to eat everything in sight feeling that you get when you know you are on a diet.

Please let me know what you think. Good luck. :o)
