Absolutely! It can be expensive (true champagne) but well worth it. On not so special occasions a sparkling wine will do. Nothing beats all those bubbles. I would try Veuve Clicquot if you have the cash to lay down. Don Perignon is great but not that different in taste, just a lot more delicate bubbles.

I LOVE champagne! In September I was at the Maison of Philippe Gonet in Le Mesnil sur Oger with my friend Chantal and did the harvesting of the Chardonnay grapes as well as the pressing. Their Philippe Gonet Cuvee Roy Soleil Blanc de Blancs which is 100% Chardonnay is magnificent!
I also like Perrier-Jouet as well as Bollinger Grand Annee 1996, Moet & Chandon, Charles de Cazanove, Lanson. Mumm, veuve Clicquot...Ahh..the list goes on and on... Enjoy!

No. When given a choice I always opt for beer -preferably a well-hopped bitter like I brew at home.

No, but I don't like any wine. I think it's too sweet and bitter at the same time.

No, I really don't care for it by itself, but I'll take a mimosa any day, any time!
