I have a 6 months old male cat with other 2 (one male and one female),all are vaccinated.the youngest one which has the problem is a very playful and add joy to our life.Today at noon I found that he is not active, doesn't want to eat and he doesn't want to play with other cats as he uses always.I tried to find if he has high temperature, but it was normal,I tried to examine his senses but all again was normal, the only thing that draw my attention was his eyes(full of sorrow, and seem to be something wrong with him).
I'm crazy about his condition alot, and I don't want to lose another lovely soul :(
Please help me and guide me what to do???
Urgent plz.

My 2 4 month old kitterns will sometimes have days where they will sleep more than normal, play less than normal, or eat less than normal, and I worry if anything is wrong with them, and then the next day they will be 100% fine. They may just be somewhat like people in that way, we will have days when we are more tired than usual or have a smaller or larger appetite.
Did the weather change dramatically in your area yesterday? I find that a change from a low pressure system to a high pressure system or vice versa can have a big effect on the energy level of my cats.
At any rate, if he still isn't eating today, I would try and tempt him with a strong smelling food like tuna to see if it's just that he doesn't want his cat food or if he won't eat at all. If he won't eat even something like tuna, and still won't tomorrow, maybe take him to the vet. However, I am sure this will pass.

Our kitten at age 4 months started to not eat well and started becoming lethargic. We took him to the vet. He did not have a fever or any blockage. The vet asked questions about indoor/outdoor cat, exposure to potential dangerous items such as poinsettia plants, etc. Turns out he had pancreatitis and renal kidney failure. Cause? Eating too much vegetable oil that he found in a bowl on the counter. Luckily, he survived. Take him to the vet sooner rather than later!

I wouldn't tend to panic. He may, or may not, be ill. He might be feeling a little sorry for himself, or a bit down. Personally - just keep an eye on him, if it's not serious he'll get over it in a day or two...just let him rest if he wants to. If after a couple of days you feel that something is still wrong, get him to a vet who will check him out for you. Really, there is not a lot to be done right now other than give him space and let him rest and just keep an eye on him.

First look for anything out of the normal physically - bathroom regularly ? can walk fine, no limp ? dry nose? hot ears ?
If the attitude persists for more then 2 days, I would take him him. But maybe just maybe, he may be jealous ?My cat gets horrible jealous when my sisters dog is around... mood changes and he turns mad.
He could have a common cold as well. I'd say if he's not limping or not going to the bathroom.. give it another day. see if he perks up. then take him to the vet.

A vet who can physically look at your cats condition and examine it can help you a lot more than a bunch of randoms at their computers can! :) Best get your kitty booked into a vet clinic to be sure.

Sounds like your cat has depression. I believe that some vets will give an anti-depressant if they believe that is what is causing this. May want to have him checked out just in case it is something else.

Try a vet. It is hard to tell without some blood test.
Also, maybe the cat is having a depression (I am serious, animals get depressed, too)

If it lasts more than a day, he needs to see a vet. Illness does not always produce outward symptoms.
