If you're looking for a link or webpage that will write the paper for you, don't bother looking. On such a broad subject as modern railways, you'll never find it.

Your best bet would be to visit your local library (and you'll probably need to make multiple trips), and hunker down and do some research. Tedious, yes, but you'll have a well-informed and researched paper for it.
