If i have an hour to spend on exersises...what should i do?

If you are young enough, the best exercise that I can recommend is jogging....there is no alternate for that....it works...i m telling through experience....

It may be little true that jogging has negative implications on the knee and the ankle joints....But if you wear a good sport shoe (I personally recommend Adidas or Reebok) that impact will be minimum....for best results, do the following....

- Before start jogging do the stretching well
- Then do little warm up exercise (coz after five minutes of working out only the fat burning process will start inside your body)
- Then jog for around 30 mins....do not immediately stop the jogging....after jogging even keep on walking for atleast for 3-4mins(or else you may get a muscle ache)
-after that do some stretching for your legs....
- After taking a break of around 2-3 mins, do some normal crunches for your stomach....do it in sets ....20x4....

YOU WILL SEE THE RESULTS JUST AFTER 2 MONTHS....I MEAN THE BEST SLIM BODY YOU ALWAYS WANTED....

Jogging/running is THE best exercise you can do for your body. Not only does it work most major muscles in your body, but it improves your endurance for other exercises. If you really hate running, I would say elliptical is next best. Make sure you run for 15-30 minutes at a time, if you have to take a break make sure you walk for only a minute or 1 1/2 minutes. Good luck there.

(Just so you know, for a 130 pound person running burns about 100 calories every 10 minutes)

The one, which burns maximum calories, will also make u feel hungry and u will tend to overeat.

Be sensible and Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

dont jog because wen u do ur running on the balls of ur feet mainly and later on in life this can cause major ankle damage,
walking or dancing is the best in my opinion because an hour of dancing burns 500 calories while walking uses ur but thighs calves arms and blive it or not it tones ur stomcah 2, dancing also does all of this and if you practise you can become quite graceful and elegant and even flexible

start by stretching your body,warm up then brisk walk or jog for 45 mins....its the time which burns the calories be it walking or running....try and be consistent with the pace and end by cooling down,which is slow walking for 5 mins

Brisk walking in the morning but before starting have a glass of slightly warm water and the results will be different,just try........
